Online Chat Assistant - Entry Level - Part Time (Remote)

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers in real-time via our chat system, answering their questions and working through issues with genuine care and professionalism.
• Get comfortable with our product lineup so you can guide customers toward the right solutions and answer their questions accurately.
• Keep detailed records of every chat session, noting customer feedback and how issues were handled to help us improve continuously.
• Work alongside your teammates and other departments to make sure customer problems get solved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong writing abilities—you should be comfortable expressing yourself clearly and with empathy in written form.
• Solid organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple chat conversations without breaking a sweat.
• Fast, stable internet and a calm workspace where you can focus on remote work.
