Entry Level Chat Assistance Specialist - Remote Position

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues in real-time through our chat system, helping them get the most out of our products.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve customer concerns and turn their experience into something positive.
• Team up with colleagues to exchange best practices and continuously improve how we support customers.
• Participate in training to master our services and develop your customer service expertise.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication abilities—you know how to explain things clearly and with genuine care through text.
• A genuine passion for solving customer problems and putting their needs first.
• Open to learning and willing to invest time in our training program; prior customer support experience isn't required.
• Stable internet connection and the flexibility to work from anywhere remotely.
